today in class i was thinking about how to be more mindful because even when i'm in some places it doesn't feel like i was actually there because i don't communicate with the people i'm around that much unless i know them and i feel like if taking a minute of silence with the people are us can help because it relaxes the body and free the minds from pressure and i feel like it would probably be easy to be more involved with the people around me.
